我国音乐疗法的中医理论探讨

现代音乐疗法是以音乐活动作为治疗的媒介,增进个体身心健康的一种自然保健疗法。它是集音乐、医学和心理学为一体,在我国是一个新兴的边缘交叉学科。笔者在文章中对中国现代音乐疗法的发展背景、发展概况进行归纳总结,从整体上体现音乐疗法在我国的发展道路。并从中医的阴阳学说、五行学说、脏腑学说等基础理论着手,对音乐疗法的中医理论源流进行分析探讨。最后讨论了我国当代音乐治疗学科发展中值得重视的一些问题,如在学科自身建设上,音乐治疗的理论基础薄弱;音乐学研究与医学研究学科相融性差;音乐治疗学科人才资源匮乏。

Theoretic discussion of traditional Chinese medicine in Chinese music therapy

The modern music therapy is one of the natural health care therapeutics which it can improve individual physically and mentally healthy,which is using musical activity as the medium of curative treatment.It gathers music,medicine and psychology in a whole,as a frontier developed cross-field subject in our country.The article concludes the background and general situation of development in modern period of China.By this means we can see the road and laws of the development of music therapy in China.From the traditional Chinese medicine yin and yang theory,five-tone theropy and zang-fu therapy,to carry on the analysis,thus the headstream of music therapy in traditional Chinese medicine is known.Lastly,the paper presents the discussions of some issues which merit attention with respect to the development of music therapy in China.
