离退休干部常见慢性病调查

目的：调查中山市离退休干部慢性非传染性疾病的患病率及综合干预疗效研究。方法：采用问卷访问和体格检查相结合的方法对中山市离退休干部613人进行慢性病调查分析并进行健康教育。结果：慢性病患病率高达100％，其中前列腺增生发病率最高占男性群体88％，其他慢性疾病患病率及顺位依次是：颈椎病、高血压、白内障、高脂血症、高尿酸血症、肥胖、脂肪肝、胆石症、冠心病、糖尿病、肺气肿、恶性肿瘤。同时患3种以上疾病的人数占全部调查人数的93．14％。结论：中山市离退休干部的总体健康水平不容乐观。加强慢性病的防治，对老年人群进行必要的健康教育，提高其自我保健及防护能力以及加强社会、家庭对老年人的关注，是改善其生活质量的关键。

A Survey on Prevalence of the Chronic Diseases among the Retired Cadres in Zhongshan City

Objective:To provide evidence for medical care and preventive health service through investigating the prevalence of chronic diseases and analyzing its influence factors of the retired cadres in Zhongshan City. Methods:613 retied cadres were epidemiologically studied with questionnaire combined with the physical examination. Results:The percentage of the retied cadres with chronic diseases was 100%. The people with more than three diseases occupied 93.14%; The most chronic diseases among the retied cadres were cervical syndrome, hypertension, cataract, hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia, obesity, fatty liver, gallstone disease, diabetes and coronary heart disease. The people with metabolic disease occupied 20.1%. Conclusion: We can not be optimistic in total health level of out retired cadres in Zhongshan city. Health education is necessary for improving their ability of self-healthcare and self-protection; concerns from community and family for them are key points for improving the quality of life.
