东莞市中小学生常见病、多发病调查分析

目的 调查全市中小学生常见病、多发病的发病情况，建立促进其健康发育的长效机制。方法 收集5年学生健康体检、生长发育调查资料。学生常见病多发病按龋齿、视力低下、沙眼、肥胖、营养不良5项分类进行统计分析。结果 患病率由高至低为视力低下、龋齿、肥胖、沙眼及营养不良，分别达41．43％、17．38％、3．49％、3．23％、1．82％。其中以视力不良和恒牙龋齿患病率上升幅度较大。结论 视力低下和龋齿为今后学校卫生工作防治的重点，同时，应继续重视沙眼、肥胖、营养不良的防治。

Investigation on common diseases among school students in Dongguan

Objective To investigate the prevalence of common diseases among the students in order to provide more information for the network construction of the student corporeity health surveillance. Methods An investigation was carried out to evaluate the health and development for students in Grade 5, five common diseases were statistically analyzed, which were myopia, dental caries, obesity, trachoma and malnutrition. Results The prevalence rate of myopia, dental caries, obesity, trachoma, malnutrition was 41.43%, 17.38% ,3.49% ,3.23%, 1.82% respectively, the incidence rate of myopia and dental caries increased remarkably. Conclusions Myopia and dental caries are the most common diseases in students, more attention should be paid for the prevention of myopia and dental caries, and the prevention of obesity, trachoma, malnutrition should continue.
