剖宫产术后寒战的相关因素分析及护理对策

目的探讨Carto标测系统指导下射频消融治疗房颤的术中配合经验及护理措施。方法对13例实施Carlo标测系统指导下射频消融的房颤患者进行手术，配合要点包括术前探访，进入导管室后的心理干预，特殊设备仪器的连接使用，术中及时提供专用器械，全过程严密监护，根据手术进程密切配合医生操作及时提供有效信息，对发生的异常情况进行分析并迅速采取护理措施。结果13例患者手术成功率100％，术中发生并发症3例，其中呼吸、心脏骤停1例，因疼痛致迷走神经反射出现血压降低、心率减慢、恶心呕吐2例，经积极治疗护理后均转危为安。结论术中注重患者心理护理，准备完善，熟练配合，严密监护和观察是手术顺利进行，减少并发症和提高手术成功率的重要保证。

Operative cooperation and nursing points for patients with atrial fibrillation cured by radiofrequency ablation under the Carto Electro-anatomic Mapping System

Objective In order to know the operative cooperation and nursing points for patients with atrial fibrillation when cured by radiofrequency ablation under the Carto Electr-anatomic Mapping System. Methods Radiofrequency ablation was used for 13 patients with atrial fibrillation under the Carto Electro-anatomic Mapping System, the operative cooperation and nursing points were preoperative interview, preparation of special operative instruments, careful monitoring, proper cooperation between doctors and nurses, correcting complications in time. Results All the patients had obtained successful operation. There were 3 cases of complication during the operation, including one case of cardiopulmonary arrest and two cases of vagus nerve reflex because of pain. All of these three cases were ameliorated in time. Conclusion Careful perioperative psychological nursing,enough preparation,professional cooperation and intensive care are the guarantee of successful operation.
