2种体位清洁灌肠效果的临床观察

目的探讨膝胸卧位清洁灌肠的临床效果。方法将40例清洁灌肠患者随机分成对照组和观察组各20例，对照组采取左侧卧位，观察组采取膝胸卧位，观察2组患者肠道清洁情况、灌肠次数、灌肠时间、患者满意度。结果对照组肠道清洁17例，不清洁3例；灌肠1次8例，灌肠2次7例，灌肠3次5例；灌肠时间（5．035±2．014）min，患者满意10例，满意度50％；观察组20例全部肠道清洁且灌肠1次成功，灌肠时间（3．160±0．787）min，患者满意18例，满意度90％；观察组较对照组灌肠时间短，次数少，患者满意度高，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论膝胸卧位是清洁灌肠较理想的体位。

Observation on clinical effects of cleaning enema by two different body positions

Objective In order to know the influence of improved process restoration about sampiing stool and urinate on operation on time. Methods Analyzed the factors related with samples selection, and then reengineered the precess of sampling stool and urine, compared the rate of operation on time among 50 patients with ophthalmological diseases before and after the improved process. Results The checking rate of stool and urine samples on the second day was 90%, the operation rate on the second day was 80%, both of the two indexes was significantly higher than those before the improved process. Conclusions Improved procees of stool and urine samples selection can guarantee the operation carrying on on time.
