| 摘 要： | 种植手术器械的消毒与维护是口腔种植临床护理工作的重要环节。它既关系到患者和医生的安全，防止交叉感染，同时也是保障手术顺利进行的必备前提。种植手术器械主要由不锈钢或钛金属制成，具有种类多、体积小、精度高，临床护理困难等特点。其内部管道容易因为维护不当而阻塞；表面可因为温度、化学和机械等因素而发生损坏，造成不必要的经济损失。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to know the effective nursing points for patients with nasopharyn geal carcinoma cured by interstitial brachytherapy. Methods Summarized the nursing points about inter stitial brachytherapy for 23 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, including psychological nursing and careful perioperative nursing cares. Results All the operation were successful without any severe com plication. Conclusion Careful perioperative nursing and individual psychological nursing are the guar antee for successful operation and satisfactory prognosis. |
