综合护理干预对门诊毛细支气管炎患儿临床疗效的影响

目的探讨综合护理干预对门诊毛细支气管炎患儿临床疗效的影响。方法将符合毛细支气管炎诊断标准的240例门诊患儿随机分为综合护理干预组（研究组）120例和常规护理组（对照组）120例。2组均进行常规治疗与护理，研究组还进行治疗、预防、保健认知等综合护理干预，对2组的临床表现、治疗依从性和疗效进行评价。结果综合护理干预10d后，研究组憋喘缓解、憋喘消失、喘鸣音消失、湿啰音消失及体温降至正常的天数均少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。研究组与对照组综合护理干预前治疗依从性评分比较差异无统计学意义，而干预后研究组评分显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。综合护理干预10d后研究组的临床疗效显著好于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论综合护理干预能显著改善门诊毛细支气管炎患儿的症状，提高治疗依从性和治愈率。

General nursing intervention for out-patients with bronchiolitis

Objective In order to know the clinical effects of general nursing intervention for outpatients with bronchiolitis. Methods Divided 240 children with bronchiolitis into the research group （120 cases） and control group （120 cases） randomly. The routine treatment and nursing cares were used in the control group, while general nursing intervention was used in the research group in addition. Compared the clinical effects and compliance between the two groups. Results The clinical symptom in the research group was ameliorated significantly than those of in the control group, P〈0.05. The compliance in the research group was better than that of in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion General nursing in- tervention can effectively improve the clinical symptom for children with bronchiolitis, and then improve the treating compliance and successful rate.
