膀胱体操对宫颈癌根治术后膀胱麻痹的效果观察

目的探讨改良膀胱体操对宫颈癌根治术后患者膀胱麻痹的疗效。方法将宫颈癌根治术后1周自尿试验失败的患者61例随机分为观察组30例和对照组31例。观察组进行改良膀胱体操（健康宣教，引流管管理，腹部B超测残余尿量同时做尿细菌培养监测，指导饮水及排尿）：对照组行传统的膀胱体操。比较2组膀胱功能恢复的时间（留置导尿管的时间）。结果观察组广泛性子宫切除术后留置导尿管时间平均为（10．10±1．84）d；对照组留置导尿管时间平均为（14．64±3．82）d。2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论宫颈癌根治术后，通过改良膀胱体操，可缩短留置导尿时间，提高自尿试验测定的成功率，减少泌尿道感染，促进膀胱功能尽早恢复。

Clinical observation about bladder exercise for patients with postoperative cystoparalysis by cervical carcinoma radical operation

Objective In order to know the clinical effects of improved bladder exercises for patients with postoperative cystoparalysis by cervical carcinoma radical operation. Methods Divided 60 patients with postoperative cystoparalysis by cervical carcinoma radical operation into the observation group （30 cases） and the control group （31 cases） randomly, traditional bladder exercise was used in the control group, while the improved bladder exercises was used in the observation group, compared the rehabilitation time of bladder between the two groups. Results The average dwelling time of urine canal in the observation group was （10.10±1.84） days, while it was （14.64±3.82） days in the control group, the difference was significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Improved bladder exercise can effectively improve the rehabilitation of bladder for patients with postoperative cystoparalysis by cervical carcinoma radical operation, and then improve their quality of life.
