CT 血管征对肺微小结节定性诊断运用探究简

目的 探究CT血管征对肺微小结节定性诊断运用,为肺微小结节的定性诊断提供理论指导,以便选取更为合适的扫描参数.方法 选取我院收治的肺微小结节患者127例,按照病变类型分为恶性病变组（n=82）和良性病变组（n=45）,进行分组分析.结果 CT扫描可有效显示SPN情况,并可将血管征及其分型有效显示;CT血管征对恶性病变肺微小结节敏感性显著高于良性病变,其在恶性病变中构成比及分型均高于后者.结论 CT血管征对肺微小结节的定性诊断具有良好的辅助作用,能够有效指导恶性病变的判断.

Application of CT vascular symptoms in tiny pulmonary nodules

Objective To explore the significance of CT vascular symptoms in the diagnosis ol tiny pulmona- ry nodules. Methods 127 patients with tiny pulmonary nodules tiny were divided into the benign group （n =45） and the malignant group （n = 82）. according to their lesion types. Results CT scans could effectively display SPN situation, vascular symptoms and types. The sensitivity of CT pulmonary vascular symptoms was significantly higher in the malignant group than in the benign group. Conclusion CT vascular symptoms play an important role in the diagnosis of patients with tiny pulmonary nodules.
