摘    要:目的分析不同治疗方法对于小儿毛细支气管炎心肌损伤的意义。方法选取我院儿科住院治疗确诊为毛细支气管炎心肌损伤的患儿138例,分为三组,采取不同治疗之后对各组患者的治疗有效率和心肌酶的变化进行观察。结果 A组的疗效优于B组和C组;A组的CKMB、CK、HBDH和LDH显著低于B组和C组,B组的CKMB、CK、HBDH和LDH显著低于C组(P0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠与辅酶Q10可以显著提高毛细支气管炎合并心肌损伤的疗效。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical value of different therapies in the treatment of bronchiolitis complicated with myocardial damage. Methods 138 bronchiolitis children complicated with myocardial damage were selected in this study, and they were divided into three groups according to the different therapy. They were conducted different therapy, then the curative effect of treatment and the levels of CK-MB, CK, HBDH and LDH were observed. Result The curative effect of the group A was higher than that of the groups B and C. The levels of CK-MB, CK, HBDH and LDH were the lowest in the group A, followed by the group B and the group C (P〈0.05). Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium combined with coenzyme Q10 can reduce the level of myocardial enzyme in bronchiolitis children complicated with myocardial damage and improve the therapeutic effect.
