康复训练在脑卒中并发肺部感染患者康复治疗中的应用效果研究

目的探讨康复训练在脑卒中并发肺部感染患者康复治疗中的应用效果。方法将100例脑卒中并发肺部染患者按照抽签法随机地均分为对照组与观察组,分别给予常规治疗与超短波治疗、呼吸功能训练及电动直立床训练等康复治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、体征改善时间、治疗前后动脉血气指数及治疗后SGQR评分。结果观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P0.01);观察组体征改善时间明显短于对照组(P0.05,P0.01);对照组治疗前后动脉血气指数无统计学差异(P0.05),观察组治疗前后动脉血气指数均具有统计学差异(P0.05,P0.01);观察组治疗后SGQR总分均明显大于对照组(P0.05)。结论康复训练应用于脑卒中并发肺部染患者康复治疗之中,效果显著,应加以推广并应用。

Research on rehabilitation training in the treatment of patients with pulmonary infection complicated with stroke

Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation training in the treatment of patients with pulmonary infection complicated with stroke. Methods 100 patients with pulmonary infection complicated with stroke were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was respectively given routine treatment, and the observation group was given rehabilitation training, such as ultrashort wave therapy, respiratory functional training and electric upright bed training. Their efficacy, signs of improvement time, arterial blood gas and SGQR index scores were compared between the two groups. Results The efficacy of the observation group was superior to the control group （P〈0.01）. The improvement of signs, blood gas analysis and SGQR scores was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. There was no statistical difference of arterial blood gas index in the control group before and after the treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation training has good curative effect in the treatment of patients with pulmonary infection complicated with stroke, which should be promoted and applied.
