| 摘 要： | 目的讨论CT引导下经皮肺穿刺的临床应用。方法分析42例在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺的病例资料。结果 42例患者中,经皮肺穿刺病理诊断40例,准确率达95.24%,其中恶性肿痛24例;良性病变16例。并发症:气胸4例,发生率9.5%,少量咳血8例,发生率19.04%。结论 CT引导下的经皮肺穿刺是一种操作简便、阳性率高、并发症少、创伤小的获得病理的临床诊断方法,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of CT-guided percutaneous needle biopsy in diagnosing lung lesions. Methods 42 patients were enrolled and underwent CT-guided needle lung biopsy. The clinical data and the procedure were analyzed. Results A total of 40 patients completed percutaneous needle lung biopsy and histopathology examination, 24 of whom were diagnosed as malignant tumor and 16 as benign lesion. The diagnostic coincidence rate was 95.24%. Complications occurred in 12 cases （19.4%）, including 4 cases of pneumothorax and 8 cases of hemoptysis. Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous needle lung biopsy is a kind of simple diagnostic method causing less injury, with higher positive incidence and fewer complications. |
