呼吸道感染病原菌谱及耐药性的产生研究

摘    要:目的进一步探讨呼吸道感染病原菌谱及其耐药性,为临床正确使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法采集2011年1月-2012年12月200例呼吸道感染患者的痰标本,按照标准进行操作和结果判断。结果吸道感染病原菌谱主要有革兰阴性菌、革兰阳性菌和真菌,经统计分析,亚胺培南对革兰阴性菌的抗菌作用最强,其次是阿米卡星。而万古霉素和替考拉宁对格兰阳性菌具有较高的敏感性。结论临床应该合理使用抗生素,这对减少耐药菌株的产生,有效控制呼吸道感染疾病具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To further explore the spectrum of respiratory tract infection pathogens and drug resistance in order to provide proper use of antimicrobial agents for clinical reference. Methods The sputum specimens were collected from 200 hospitalized patients with respiratory tract infection from Jan2011 to Dec2012. The results of operations were in accordance with standards of judgment. Results The spectrum of respiratory tract infection pathogens were gram-negative bacteria, gram-positive bacteria and fungi. Through statistical analysis, imipenem had the strongest effect on gram-negative bacteria, followed by amikacin. Vancomycin and teicoplanin had the high sensitivity to gram-positive bacteria. Conclusion The clinical use of antibiotics should be reasonable, which is important for reducing the generation of resistant strains and effectively controlling of respiratory infection.
