| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨主责护士在提高基础护理工作质量中的作用.方法 在临床护理工作中实施主责护士工作制;随机抽样对实施前后基础护理合格率进行比较,并比较患者、家属满意度.结果 实施主责护士工作制后基础护理质量合格率和患者及家属的满意度较实施前提高(P<0.05).结论 主责护士工作制可解决基础护理落实不到位的问题.提高基础护理工作质量,增强护士的管理能力和自我价值感,在整体护理中有积极的意义.
