两种通气方法治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的临床对比分析

目的探讨鼻塞持续气道正压通气（NCPAP）与常频通气应用对新生儿呼吸衰竭的治疗作用。方法回顾性分析我院2006年8月到2009年11月应用NCPAP治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭并与常频通气对照的临床资料。结果治疗组的临床总有效率明显好于对照组；所有例患儿治疗后6hPaO2与治疗前相比明显上升（P〈0．01）；PaCO2治疗6h后与治疗前相比差异非常显著（P〈0．01），两组相比无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论NCPAP治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭是安全有效的，具有常规通气治疗难以比拟的优越性，非常值得广大基层医院推广和应用。

Clinical contrastive analysis two ventilation therapy on neonatal respiratory failure

Objective To Discuss the Clinical effects of neonatal respiratory failure therapy with the NCPAP(treatment group)and the conventional therapy(control group).Methods Review analysis the clinical material of neonatal respiratory therapy with the NCPAP and the conventional therapy from August,2006 to November,2009.Finally:Treatment group's clinical total effectiveness and survival percentage were obvious better than the control group and the content of PaO2 of all the neonatal were obvious rise contrast with the time of before the treatment; but the content of PaCO2 of all the neonatal were obvious drop contrast with the time of before the treatment,and the two groups have non-significance difference in contrast with the content of PaO2 and PaCO2.Conclusion It is an safe and effective way for NCPAP to treat the neonatal respiratory failure,So it is worth to clinical promote.
