香菇多糖联合伐昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效及其对T细胞亚群的影响

摘    要:目的:观察香菇多糖联合伐昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效,并探讨其对患者血清中T细胞亚群的影响。方法选择2013年6月至2015年12月期间在我院皮肤科门诊治疗的100例复发性生殖器疱疹患者,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组50例,其中对照组给予单纯伐昔洛韦片口服,观察组给予香菇多糖联合伐昔洛韦片口服,疗程均为6个月。随访6个月,比较两组患者随访期间复发率,并统计治疗前及治疗6个月后血清T细胞亚群水平。结果随访3个月时,对照组复发率为32%(16/50),明显高于观察组的12%(6/50),随访6个月时,对照组复发率为54%(27/50),明显高于观察组的24%(12/50),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组患者治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平分别为(66.56±5.23)%、(38.86±5.29)%、(1.39±0.67)和(64.84±4.93)%、(35.83±4.99)%、(1.23±0.53),均较治疗前升高,而治疗后CD8+分别为(21.67±4.37)%和(24.04±4.34)%,均较治疗前下降,且观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗复发性生殖器疱疹过程中,常规使用抗病毒药物同时,香菇多糖通过作用于T细胞亚群来提高机体免疫力,提高抗病毒效果,降低复发率。

Efficacy of letinous edodes polysaccharide combined with valaciclovir in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes and its influence on T cell subsets
Abstract:Objective To discuss the efficacy of letinous edodes polysaccharide combined with valaciclovir in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes and its influence on T cell subsets. Methods One hundred patients with recur-rent genital herpes, who were treated in Department of Dermatology in our hospital from June 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups. Patients of the control group were treated with oral valaciclovir tablets, while patients of the observation group were treated by letinous edodes polysaccharides combined with valaciclovir tablets. The course of treatment was 6 months, and the patients were followed up for 6 months. The recurrence rates of patients during the follow-up were compared between the two groups, and serum lev-els of T cell subsets of patients of two groups before and after treatment of 6 months were recoded. Results After they were followed up for three months, the recurrence rate of patients of the control group was 32%(16/50), which was significantly higher than 12%(6/50) in the observation group, P<0.05. After they were followed up for 6 months, the recurrence rate of patients of the control group was 54%(27/50), which was significantly higher than 24%(12/50) in the observation group, P<0.05. CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ levels of patients after treatment were (66.56 ± 5.23)%, (38.86±5.29)%, (1.39±0.67) in the observation group and (64.84±4.93)%, (35.83±4.99)%, (1.23±0.53) in the control group, which were all significantly improved compared with those before treatment. After treatment, CD8 + was (21.67±4.37)%in the observation group and (24.04±4.34)%in the control group, which were decreased compared with those before treatment. The change degree of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of recurrent genital herpes, when antiviral drugs are conventional-ly used, letinous edodes polysaccharide can improve the body's immune system, improve the anti-viral effect, so as to re-duce the recurrence rate through the role on T cell subsets.
