摘    要:目的:比较不同加工方法对杜仲京尼平苷酸含量的影响,为杜仲的合理化产地加工提供科学依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定京尼平苷酸量。结果不同加工方法对杜仲京尼平苷酸含量有影响。同一干燥方法,未发汗杜仲京尼平苷酸量高于发汗杜仲;同一性状,烘干、晒干与阴干三者间京尼平苷酸量存在显著差异,以80℃烘干含量最高;不同性状,80℃烘干京尼平苷酸量无显著差异。结论临床应用如以京尼平苷酸的生物活性为主,结合实际生产,建议杜仲采用趁鲜切宽丝,不发汗,80℃烘干的产地加工方法。

Studies on the Effect of Different Processing Methods from the Same Ori-gin on the Content of Geniposidic Acid in Eucommia ulmoides OIiv
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To provide scientific basis for reasonable origin processing of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv by comparing the effect of different processing methods on the content of Geniposidic acid.METHODS To deter-mine the content of Geniposidic acid in Eucommia ulmoides Oliv ( EUO) by HPLC.RESULTS Different processing methods had different effects on the content of Geniposidic acid.Based on the same drying methods,the content of Geniposidic acid in herbs without the diaphoretic process was higher than that in the herbs experienced the diaphoret-ic process.EUO in the same trait,there were significant difference in the content of Geniposidic acid in the herbs dried by different methods.And the highest content was in the herbs dried in the oven at 80℃.And there was no sig-nificant differences in the content of Geniposidic acid in the herbs of different trait that were both dried in the oven at 80℃.CONCLUSION In the clinical application,the biological activity of Geniposidic acid were considered as a focus,EUO was suggested to be processed in wile-filamentous-like without the diaphoretic process and dried in the oven at 80℃.
