| 摘 要： | 抗结核药物是造成药物肝损伤（ Drug－induced liver injury，DILI）的重要原因之一，本文从发病机制、危险因素、诊断和防治等方面综述了近期抗结核药物肝毒性的研究进展，旨在为抗结核药物的临床合理应用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Antituberculosis drugs is one of the important cause of drug-induced liver injury ( DILI ) .This paper summarized the recent progress in antituberculosis drugs-induced liver injury from the pathogenesis,risk factors,diag-nosis and prevention.The aim of this review is to provide reference for the rational application of antituberculosis drugs. |
