大黄敷脐预防便秘提高断指再植成活率的研究

目的：观察和研究大黄敷脐预防便秘提高断指再植成活率的情况。方法对自2013年7月至2015年7月间在我院进行断指再植手术的符合本研究入选条件的病人40例，按入院先后顺序、男女分层随机分为实验组与对照组，每组20例。对照组采用常规护理，而大黄预防组进行大黄敷脐护理。对两组患者术后的便秘情况进行观察统计，比较两组病人术后便秘率、首次排便时间、血管危象发生率、再植指成活率；评价断指再植术后患者采用大黄敷脐预防便秘影响断指再植成活率的临床效果。结果两组患者的例数、性别构成、断指数、断指伤类别、断离程度、断指数目、断指保存方法比较差异均不显著（P＞0.05）。大黄预防组患者便秘比例与对照组想比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。断指再植后对照组患者的便秘发生率为75％，大黄预防组的患者便秘发生率为45％。大黄预防组患者血管危象情况发生率与对照组患者相比较差异显著（ P＜0.05）。大黄预防组患者的断指成活率为91.667％，与对照组患者的72％相比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论大黄敷脐对断指再植患者便秘情况具有一定的缓解效果，进而可以提高患者断指再植成活率。

Research of Prevent Constipation to Improve the Survival Rate of Replan-tation by the way DaHuang Covering the Navel

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE Observations and research to show the effect improving the survival of finger replanta-tion by the way DaHuang covering the navel from which can prevente constipation.METHODS We Chose 40 eligi-ble inpatients had got the operations of finger replantation during 2013.7 to 2015.7.According to the order and gen-der, the inpatients were randomly individed into experimental group and control group,20 each group;The control group was conventional nursing,the experimental group was DaHuang covering on the navel;Through the observations and statistics,we compared the rate of postoperative constipation and the time to first bowels and the rate of crisis of blood-circulation and the survival rate of replant finger between the groups;at last we should evaluate the way to cov-er DaHuang on the navel;RESULTS Cases,sex structure of the two groups of patients,broken index,amputation injury category,break away from the degree,the number,the different mechanical save method to compare the differ-ences are not significant(P>0.05).Two groups in proportionto the constipation hanve significant differences(P<0.05),the experimental group is better than that of control group;The control group of patients with constipation after replantation is incidence was 75%,the experimental group is 45%.Two groups in proportion to crisis of blood-ciecu-lation have significant differences( P<0.05);The survival rate in experimental group is 91.667%,which have have a quite significant differences( P<0.05) CONCLUSION This Covering DaHuang on the navel for relief of consti-pation in patients with replantation is have certain effect,and This,in turn,can improve the patients survival rate of replantation.
