肝细胞生长因子抗肾纤维化的机制

摘    要:肾纤维化包括肾小球硬化和肾小管间质纤维化,是所有慢性肾脏疾病进展到终末期肾病的共同通路。肝细胞生长因子可以通过减少细胞外基质的沉积、抑制肾小管上皮细胞转分化、促进细胞再生、减少凋亡等多种机制来改善肾纤维化的进程。本文就肝细胞生长因子抗肾纤维化的分子机制进行综述。

Mechanism of hepatocyte growth factor in anti-renal fibrosis
Abstract:Renal fibrosis, including glomerulosclerosis and tubulo interstitial fibrosis, is the common pathway of all chronic kidney disease progression to end-stage renal disease. Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) can improve the process of renal fibrosis through various mechanisms such as reducing the deposition of extracellular matrix, inhibiting differentiation of renal tubular epithelial cell, promoting cell regeneration, and reducing apoptosis. This article summa-ries the molecular mechanism of hepatocyte growth factor in anti-renal fibrosis.
