| 摘 要： | 骨性下颌偏斜是一种临床较为常见的错颌畸形，是指下颌骨在垂直、矢状及水平方向上存在不对称畸形的表现。下颌偏斜主要由遗传因素和功能性因素引起，严重的骨性下颌偏斜会影响患者的面部美观和咬合功能，并且与颞下颌关节疾病的发生密切相关。本文将从容貌外观、合及牙弓形态、下颌骨、颞下颌关节和咀嚼肌等方面入手，对骨性下颌偏斜对口腔颌面部组织的不利影响做一综述。

Adverse effects of skeletal mandibular asymmetry on oral and maxillofacial tissue |

| Abstract: | Skeletal mandibular asymmetry is a common clinical malocclusion, which refers to the mandibular asymmetry in three dimensionally-vertically, horizontally and sagitally. Mandibular deviation is mainly caused by genet-ic factors and functional factors. Severe skeletal mandibular asymmetry can lead to bad facial appearance and malocclu-sion in patients, and is closely related to the development of temporomandibular joint disease. This article is aimed to re-view the negative effects of mandibular asymmetry on the structure and function of oral and maxillofacial tissues, includ-ing facial appearance, occlusion, the morphology of mandibular and tempromandibular joints as well as massate muscles. |
