摘 要: | 目的:通过毛细管区带电泳特征图谱,比较戊己丸传统汤剂、配方颗粒汤剂、复方颗粒汤剂之间化学组分差异。方法采用毛细管区带电泳法,以50mmol? L -1的硼砂缓冲液∶甲醇=2∶1的溶液作为缓冲液为背景电解质,工作电压为25kV,压力进样5kPa ×15s,电解质封口:5kPa ×10s;柱温15℃。结果建立了戊己丸不同汤剂的毛细管电泳特征图谱,该方法具有较好的精密度和重现性,分离效能高且成本低廉。结论本法对戊己丸配方和复方颗粒剂在临床的推广以及质量控制具有指导意义。

Abstract: | ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To study the difference in main chemical composition of Wujiwan decoction prepared with traditional method and processed granules .METHODS A capillary zone electrophoresis ( CZE ) method was used A complete separation of components was achieved with 50 mmol? L-1 Borax buffer∶Methanol =2∶1 , constant voltage of 25kV,column temperature was 15℃.RESULTS The capillary electrophoresis digitized fingerprints of wujipill were precision and reproducible .CONCLUSION Wujiwan were similar but the content was different .This method could be used for Clinical application and quality control . |
