摘    要:目的 探讨多亮氨酸重复区免疫球蛋白样蛋白1(LRIG1)和成束蛋白1(Fascin-1)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测青海省人民医院2013年2月至2015年12月手术切除的86例癌组织标本和部分配对的42例癌旁正常肺组织中LRIG1及Fascin-1蛋白的表达水平,探讨LRIG1及Fascin-1表达与患者临床病理特征的关系.结果 Fascin-1在癌组织和癌旁组织中阳性表达率分别为73.2%和14.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LRIG1在癌组织和癌旁组织中阳性表达率分别为55.8%和86.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Fascin-1阳性与阴性患者在肿瘤直径和纵膈淋巴结转移方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);LRIG1阳性与阴性患者在病理类型、临床分期和纵膈淋巴结转移方面比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 LRIG1及Fascin-1在肺癌组织和癌旁正常肺组织存在差异表达,并与NSCLC的发生发展及淋巴转移有关.

Clinical significance of LRIG1 and Fascin-1 expression in patients with non-small cell lung cancer
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clincial significance of leucine-rich and immunoglobulin-like domains 1 (LRIG1) and Fascin-1 expression in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Immunohistochemi-cal method was used to detect the expression of LRIG1 and Fascin-1 in 86 cases of NSCLC cancer tissue and 42 cases of normal lung tissue from surgical resection in Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital from Feb. 2013 to Dec. 2015. The relationships between the expression of LRIG1, Fascin-1 and the clinicopathological characteristics of the patients were evaluated. Results The positive expression rate of Fascin-1 in cancer tissue and normal tissue were respectively 73.2%and 14.3%, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of LRIG1 in cancer tissue and normal tissue were 55.8%and 86.0%, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). There were significant differenc-es in tumor diameter and mediastinal lymph node metastasis between Fascin 1 positive and negative patients (P<0.05). There were significant differences in pathology type, clincial stage and mediastinal lymph node metastasis between LRIG1 positive and negative patients (P<0.05). Conclusion LRIG1 and Fascin-1 are differentially expressed in lung cancer tissues and adjacent normal lung tissues, which are related to the occurrence and development of NSCLC and lymph node metastasis.
