我院住院患者抗菌药物使用金额与使用强度分析

目的：考察我院作为肿瘤专科医院的抗菌药物应用情况，为抗菌药物的临床合理应用提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法，调取我院信息系统中2014年7月至2015年6月近一年的抗菌药物使用数据，将抗菌药物归类，按季度统计并分析分析药品金额和使用强度（ AUD）。结果近一年我院抗菌药物使用使用金额与AUD值每季度基本稳定，总AUD值为53．65 DDDs／（100人? d），其中AUD值最大的前4类抗菌药物为第三代头孢菌素类、其他β－内酰胺类、青霉素类和抗真菌药，其AUD值分别为24．97、8．97、4．48、4．39 DDDs／（100人? d）。结论我院抗菌药物总AUD较低，抗菌药物应用基本合理，院内抗真菌药使用AUD排名高于国内其他医院，体现肿瘤专科特色。抗菌药物应用品种集中在β－内酰胺类，尤其是第三代头孢菌素类，品种选择过于集中。

AnaIysis of the AppIication the TotaI Costs of AntibacteriaIs and the Antibi-otics Use Density (AUD) in Our H1 ospitaI7

OBJECTIVE To investigate the application of antibacterials in the patients of our hospital as a tumor specialized hospital, in order to provide a valuable reference for clinical rational use of antibacteri-als.METHODS By retrospective study,the application data of antibacterial drugs including the total costs of drugs and the antibiotics use density ( AUD) from July 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital was collected and statistically an-alyzed.RESULTS The total costs of drugs and the AUD value tend to be stable by the quarters in the recent one year,and the total AUD value was 53.65 DDDs/(100 persons? d),the first 4 highest AUD value of antibacterial drugs were third-generation cephalosporins,another beta-lactams,penicillins and antifungal drugs,which AUD values were respectively 24.97、8.97、4.48、4.39 DDDs/(100 persons? d).CONCLUSION The total AUD value of our hospital was lower than the national average level,and the application of antibacterial drugs is reasonable,the AUD of antifungal drugs in our hospital ranked higher than other hospitals in our country,which reflect the characteristic of tumor specialized subject.But centralized use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital should be pay more attention in the future,because the mainly use of antibacterial drugs focused on the beta lactam type of antibacterials,especially in the third generation of cephalosporins.
