新疆红花总黄酮含量的测定

目的：紫外分光光度法测定新疆地产中药红花中总黄酮的含量。方法以芦丁为对照品，以紫外分光光度法（ UV）为分析检测方法测定总黄酮的含量。结果用分光光度计进行全波长扫描，在510nm 波长处测的最大吸光度，芦丁浓度与吸光度的线性方程为 y ＝12．554x －0．003（R2＝0．9982），表明在8～48μg? mL －1浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系，精密度RSD 0．19％，稳定性RSD 0．14％，重现性RSD 0．11％，平均加样回收率103．3％，RSD为1．08％（n＝9）。结论该方法具有较好的精密度，简单易行，科学合理，适用于评价红花药材的质量。

Determination of TotaI FIavonoids Content in Xinjiang SaffIower

OBJECTIVE To Determinate the content of total flavonoids in Xinjiang safflower of traditional medi-cine by ultraviolet ( UV) Spectrophotometry.METHODS By UV spectrophotometry ,the total flavonoids content was determinated,and rutin was used as the control .RESULTS Full wavelength scanning using a spectrophotometer ,a wavelength of maximum absorbance was measured at 510nm,the linear equation of rutin concentration and absor-bance was y=12.554 x-0.003 ( R2 =0.9982 ) ,indicating a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 8~48μg? mL-1 ,RSD was 0.19%,the stability of RSD was 0.14%,reproducibility RSD was 0.11%,the average re-covery was 103.3%(RSD=1.08%,n=9).CONCLUSION The method has a good precision ,simple,scientific and reasonable ,applicable to the evaluation of the quality of safflower .
