| 摘 要： | 目的：评价激光治疗下肢静脉曲张的安全性和疗效.方法：2004年3月至2005年6月对下肢静脉曲张患者110例（126肢）行激光治疗术,观察术后效果.结果：110例手术疗效满意,经过1至14个月（平均6个月）的随访,所有患者的曲张静脉均闭塞,除了9例下肢静脉炎外,余无并发症发生,亦无复发.结论：激光治疗下肢静脉曲张是一种安全、有效、微创的治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effects of endovenous laser treatment(EVLT) on varicose in lower extremities.Methods: All 126 limbs in 110 patients with varicose in lower extremities were treated with EVLT.Results: All patients were followed up 1~14 months(mean 6.25 months).The result was satisfactied,other complication was not observed except phlebitis of lower extremities in 9 cases.Conclusions: EVLT is new treatment of varicose in lower extremities with advantage of safety,effectiveness and minimal-invasiveness. |
