微波消解技术在分析食品中微量元素方面的应用

摘    要:本文通过微波消解的原理、测定方法、测定条件的选择、其与国标中湿法消化的比较,和其测定的精密度、准确度等几个方面的讨论,论述了微波消解技术在分析食品微量元素方面的可行性。并结合其具有节能、省时、污染少、分解完全等优点,进一步阐明了这项技术对分析食品中微量元素方面的应用前景。且指出其目前还存在着每次处理样品少,对大批量、多重复的实验较烦锁,以及在操作中应注意的一些问题。

Abstract:This paper discuss the method of breaking down the food sample in the special microwave oven for analyzing microelement by its theory, operating steps, and comparing with destroying sample in the standard way of our country. The method is of higher precision and recovery percent, of timesaving and energy-saving, and of reducing pollution and good effect. The paper also indicates attention required and it's shortage that the number of breaking down samples each time is three for four so that it is not very satisfied in a great lot work.
