摘    要:DNA损伤是DNA在复制的过程中发生核苷酸序列永久性改变,并导致相应遗传特征变化的现象,与某些慢性病的发生发展有重要联系。糖尿病是一组由于胰岛素分泌和作用缺陷所导致的以长期高血糖为特征的慢性代谢性疾病,尤其是合并心血管系统疾病、眼病、皮肤病、泌尿系统、神经系统疾病等会对健康造成极大危害。近年来,对糖尿病的研究越来越多地从DNA损伤的角度进行。本文就DNA损伤与糖尿病及其并发症的关系作一综述。

Abstract:DNA damage is a permanent change of nucleotide sequence in the process of DNA copy,which could lead to the change of genetic characteristics,and strongly relates to the development of some chronic diseases.Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease due to insulin secretion and dysfunction and that is characterized by long term high blood glucose and the disease has severe impacts on health,including the incidences of cardiovascular diseases,eye diseases,skin diseases,and urinary and nervous system diseases.In recent years,more researches on diabetes focus increasingly on the aspects of DNA damage.In this paper we review on the progress in researches on the relationship between DNA damage and the incidence of diabetes mellitus and its complications.
