Productivity and quality patient care

Because of the need to control rising U.S. health care costs, managers today not only must focus on their staff and patients, but also on the business aspects of radiology, such as increasing productivity. Balancing productivity with quality patient care is not an easy task--it requires changes by the entire radiology team, including managers, technologists and radiologists.
