| 摘 要： | 目的:用国际勃起功能指数5(IIEF-5)作为疗效判定标准,观察补肾疏肝法治疗阳痿(ED)的疗效.方法:80例ED患者随机分为2组,对照组服用金匮肾气丸,治疗组服用补肾疏肝丸,治疗期间停用其它药物,连用3个月,分别在服药的0、1、2、3个月末进行IIEF-5测定.结果:治疗组总有效率77.5%,对照组总有效率52.5%,两组显效率差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论:用IIEF-5作为疗效判定标准可以较好地量化ED患者的客观指标,用补肾疏肝法治疗肾阳虚或肾气虚型ED疗效优于单纯补肾壮阳法.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe therapeutic effect of the method for tonifying the kidney and soothing the liver on impotence. Methods: 80 cases of impotence were randomly divided into a treatment group treated by Bushen Shugan Pills and a control group treated by Jingui Shenqi Pills. They were treated for 3 months and the International Erection Index Functional (IIEF-5)was determined at the end of 0,1,2,3 months after administration. Results:The total effective rate was 77. 5% in the treatment group and 52. 5% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion:IIEL-5 can be used as criteria for assessment of therapeutic effects for the patient of impotence, and the method for tonifying the kidney and soothing the liver in treatment of impotence of kidney-Yang or kidney-Qi deficiency type is superior to the method for simple tonifying the kidney and strengthening Yang. |
