强迫游泳应激强度的改变对大鼠海马中c—fos表达习惯化的影响

摘    要:目的 研究应激强度的改变对重复应激导致的大鼠海马中c—fos表达习惯化的影响。方法 采用特异抗体的免疫组织化学方法,在重复强迫温水游泳应激导致的c—fos表达习惯化大鼠模型基础上,观察强迫冰水游泳应激对大鼠海马中c—fos表达的影响。结果 重复强迫温水游泳应激导致c—fos表达习惯化后,再给予强迫冰水游泳应激使c—fos表达水平再次升高。结论 高强度的应激可以逆转低强度应激所引起的习惯化效应。

Abstract:Objective To study the impact of change of stress intensity on the habituation of the expression of c fos within the hippocampus of repeated forced swimming rats. Method After repeated forced swimming in warm water, rats were forced to swim in cold water and the expression of c fos within the hippocampus was observed by the immunohistochemical method. Results Repeated forced swimming in warm water resulted in habituation of the expression of c fos, and an additive forced swimming in cold water led to a higher level of the expression of c fos. Conclusion Stress of high intensity can reverse the habituation resulted from repeated stress of low intensity.
