苏州市离退休老干部的生命质量分析

目的了解苏州市离退休老干部生命质量(QOF)状况,为有关部门改善老年人生命质量提供依据。方法采用SF-36量表,调查参加疗养的苏州市离退休老干部211名,同时收集性别、年龄等有关人口学资料,采用多元逐步回归等统计分析方法进行数据处理。结果苏州市离退休老干部主观健康状况(GH)、活力(VT)和躯体疼痛(BP)得分较差,中位值分别为为65、80和84分,下四分位值分别52、75和72分,其余各维度得分较好。GH的主要影响维度是VT、BP、躯体健康(PF)、情绪角色功能(RE)和心理健康(MH)。结论应该提高离退休老干部健康保健水平,增强老干部健康自我认知能力,从而进一步改善生命质量。

Analysis on quality of life of retired veteran cadres in Suzhou City

Objective]To investigate the quality of life（QOF） of the retired veteran cadres in Suzhou City,provide evidence for relevant departments to improve elderly QOF.Methods]211 retired veteran cadres during recuperation in Suzhou City were investigated by SF-36 scales,meanwhile the demographic data including gender and age were collected,and the multiple stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the data.Results]The scores of general health（GH）,vitality（VT） and body pain（BP） of retired veteran cadres were not good,which the median was 65,80 and 84 respectively,as well as the lower quartile was respectively 52,75 and 72 respectively.The scores of other dimensions were satisfactory.GH was mainly influenced by VT,BP,physical functioning（PF）,role limitations due to emotional problems（RE） and mental health（MH）.Conclusion]It is necessary to improve the health care level of retired veteran cadres,develop the capacity to self-cognition of health of cadres,to further improve the quality of life.
