某高校大学生因心理疾病休学的情况分析

目的通过了解大学生心理健康状况,为高校有效进行心理咨询和心理干预提供依据。方法对某高校2006—2010年因心理疾病休学的大学生资料进行统计分析。结果 2006年1月—2010年12月因心理疾病休学共84人,占休学总人数的26.58%。主要心理疾病为抑郁症71人,焦虑症4人,精神分裂症4人,神经衰弱5人,构成比分别为84.52%、4.76%、4.76%、5.95%;其中男生高于女生(P0.05);大一学生高于其他年级(P0.01)。结论高校应重视在校大学生尤其是新生的心理健康,要建立健全心理危机预防和干预体系,采取有针对性措施,提高学生的心理健康水平。

Analysis of leave of absence for mental diseases in a university from 2006 to 2010

Objective]To understand the mental health of university students,and provide evidence for effective counseling and psychological intervention in university.Methods]The information of students with leave of absence due to mental illness from 2006-2010 in a university was analyzed statistically.Results] Between January 2006 to December 2010,the number of students who left of absence due to mental illness was 84,accounting for 26.58% of the total number.The major mental diseases were depression of 71 students,anxiety disorders of 4,schizophrenic of 4 and neurasthenia of 5,the constituent ratio was 84.52%,4.76%,4.76%,5.95%.Male positive rate was evidently higher than that of female(P<0.05);The positive rate of freshmen was lower than that of other grades(P<0.01).Conclusion]University should pay attention to college students’ mental health,especially the freshmen.It is necessary to establish and improve the psychological crisis prevention and intervention system to take appropriate measures and improve students’ mental health level.
