北京市房山区中学生烟草使用行为的影响因素

目的了解北京市房山区中学生烟草使用行为的影响因素,为制定有效的控烟措施提供科学依据。方法采取二阶段分层整群随机抽样法,采用北京市疾病预防控制中心提供的"北京市学校人群烟草监测调查问卷(中学生)",对全区8所中学24个班级757名学生进行问卷调查。结果中学生吸烟率为3.7%。仅有55.6%的吸烟中学生知道"吸烟时不将烟雾吸入肺中,也会危害健康"、74.1%的吸烟中学生知道"偶尔吸着玩,也会危害健康";37.0%的吸烟中学生认为"吸烟是独立的表现"、33.3%的吸烟中学生认为"吸烟的样子很酷、很潇洒";88.9%的吸烟学生其家长也吸烟,92.6%的家庭成员当着孩子面吸烟;92.6%吸烟学生承认最好的同学中有人吸烟;66.7%的吸烟学生看到过电影、电视中的吸烟镜头。结论中学生吸烟的原因和影响因素包括个人因素、同伴影响、成人标榜作用和社会风气等;家庭、学校、社会吸烟现象的广泛存在对青少年吸烟影响很大。因此,应从家庭、学校、社会等多方面入手,开展青少年控烟工作。

Influencing factors of tobacco use behavior among students in Fangshan District of Beijing City

Objective]To understand the tobacco use behavior among students in Fangshan District of Beijing City,and provide scientific evidence for developing effective control measures.Methods]Two phase stratified cluster random sampling method and the＂ Tobacco Surveillance Questionnaire for School Population of Beijing City（middle school students）＂ provided by the Beijing Center for Disease Control and Prevention were adopted to investigate 757 students of 24 classes in 8 middle schools.Results] The smoking rate of middle school students was 3.7%.Only 55.6% of the students knew that＂ smoking is harmful to health whether smoke was inhaled into the lungs or not,;＂74.1% of smoking students knew＂ occasional smoking was harmful to health ;＂37% smoking students thought ＂ smoking was independent performance;＂33.3% students thpught that ＂ smoking was cool and awesome;＂88.9% smoking students＇ parents also smoke;92.6% students＇ family members smoke in front of them;92.6% smoking students recognized even the best students were smoking;66.7% smoking students saw smoking scenes in movies and TV.Conclusion]The causes and influencing factors of middle school students smoking are personal factors,peer influence,adult advertised role and social atmosphere,etc.The widespread phenomenon of smoking in family,school and society has great impact on youth smoking.Therefore,the youth tobacco control should implement from family,school,society and other aspects.
