上海市浦东泥城社区中小学生蛔虫感染状况分析

目的为了解上海市浦东泥城社区中小学生蛔虫感染情况,降低蛔虫感染率,切实做好科学防治蛔虫感染提供依据。方法整理2010—2011年学校蛔虫监测资料并进行分析。结果浦东泥城社区2010年蛔虫感染率为1.88%,2011年蛔虫感染率为1.51%,呈现缓慢下降趋势。中学与小学蛔虫感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.122,P0.05);男生与女生蛔虫感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.001,P0.05)。结论不断促进学校进行健康教育和家长学生的自我保健意识,注意饮食卫生和个人卫生;有计划的进行监测工作,对粪检阳性和带虫者进行驱虫治疗;配合农林部门加强宣传使用无害化人粪做肥料,防止粪便污染环境,以切断蛔虫传播途径。

Analysis on ascaris infection among primary and middle school students in Nicheng community of Pudong new area in Shanghai

[Objective]To understand the status of ascaris infection among primary and middle school students in Nicheng community of Pudong new area in Shanghai,reduce the infection rate of ascaris,and provide the basis for scientific prevention and treatment of ascaris infection.[Methods]The monitoring data of ascaris infection in schools from 2010 to 2011 were collected and analyzed.[Results] The infection rate of ascaris in Nicheng community in 2010 and 2011 was 1.88% and 1.51% respectively,which showed a slow downward trend.There was no significant difference in infection rate of ascaris between primary and middle school students（χ2 =0.122,P0.05）,and a similar situation also occurred between boys and girls（χ2 =0.001,P0.05）.[Conclusion]It is necessary to strengthen the health education,improve the self health care consciousness of students and their parents,pay attention to dietetic hygiene and personal hygiene,carry out the regular monitoring,and implement the anthelmintic treatment among stool positive subjects and ascaris carriers.The departments of agriculture and forestry should improve the harmless treatment of excrement,so as to prevent pollution and cut off the transmission route of ascaris.
