骶髂关节紊乱的发病机制与临床治疗研究进展

骶髂关节紊乱是下腰痛的常见原因之一。目前,骶髂关节紊乱的名称较多,国内对该病的病理基础和发病机制认识不足,缺乏客观的诊断标准,影象学资料难以清晰显示骶髂关节异常改变,临床误诊率高。作者从发病机制和临床治疗方法研究方面对近3年骶髂关节紊乱疗效进行综述,证明随着影像学研究的不断深入,早期的确切诊断,结合积极的手法复位是治疗该病的关键所在。

Nosogenesis and treatment progress of sacroiliac joint dysfunction

Sacroiliac joint dysfunction is one of the common causes of low back pain.At present,sacroiliac joint dysfunction has a lot of other names,its pathological basis and pathogenesis has not been well recognized in china,lack of diagnostic criteria.The imageology information can not clearly show the abnormal changes of the sacroiliac joints,with high rate of misdiagnosis.This article summarizes the efficacy of sacroiliac joint dysfunction from the pathogenesis and clinical treatment in recent 3 years.It is proved that with the further deepening of study,the key to the treatment of the disease is the combination of early exact diagnosis and a positive manipulative reduction.
