2011年乌鲁木齐市性病疫情漏报调查分析

目的了解乌鲁木齐市医疗机构性病疫情漏报情况及存在的问题,进一步明确性病报告的工作重点,规范性病疫情管理,提高性病疫情报告的准确性。方法对乌鲁木齐市各医疗机构进行性病病例现场查看、抽查资料,了解疫情管理情况,计算性病漏报率。结果共调查医疗机构60家,抽查性病病例5种702例,漏报26例,总漏报率3.70%,较2010年漏报率(4.84%)降低了1.14%。结论该市某些医疗机构性病疫情漏检率仍较高,并存在一定的管理问题,为此应继续加强对医务人员专业培训,明确性病诊断标准和疫情报告流程,加强院内各部门协调,注重深化疫情报告各环节的管理,定期开展自查和监督检查,鼓励实施奖惩制度是有效控制性病疫情漏报的重要举措。

Investiagtion and analysis on missing report status of sexually transmitted disease in Urumchi City in 2011

[Objective]To know the missing report status of sexually transmitted disease（STD） and existing problems in medical institutions in Urumchi City,further find out the keys of STD report,standardize the management of STD epidemic situation,so as to improve the accuracy of STD epidemic situation report.[Methods]The management status of STD epidemic situation was studied by field survey and data check in medical institutions in Urumchi City,and the rate of missing report was calculated.[Results]A total of 60 medical institutions were investigated,and 5 kinds of 702 STD cases were checked.There were 26 cases of missing report,and the total rate of missing report was 3.70%,which decreased by 1.14% compared with that in 2010（4.84%）.[Conclusion]The rates of missing report in some medical institutions in Urumchi City are high,and there exist many management problems.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the training among medical staff,make clear the diagnostic criteria of STD and the reporting process of epidemic situation,improve the coordination between different departments in hospital,pay attention to the management of every step of epidemic situation report,carry out the self-check and supervision,and implement the reward system,so as to effectively control the missing report of STD epidemic situation.
