民航飞行学院某分院飞行教员体重指数的调查分析

目的了解分院飞行教员超重和肥胖情况,为航卫保障工作提供基础资料,进一步提高飞行教员的健康水平。方法对分院飞行教员的体重指数(BMI)及相关疾病进行分析。结果飞行教员超重和肥胖的发生呈上升势态,由2007年的30.78%发展至现今的57.69%,随着平均BMI上升,血清中甘油三酯水平升高显著,由(1.35±0.85)mmol/L升高至(1.7±0.73)mmol/L(χ2=6.80,P0.01);与体重正常组比,超重肥胖组血清中甘油三酯高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低,高脂血症(χ2=6.45,P0.05)、脂肪肝(χ2=4.63,P0.05)的检出率增加,差异有统计学意义。结论飞行教员超重肥胖情况亟待改善,对航卫工作者应有针对性地进行健康教育,指导并督促飞行教员主动采取干预措施,控制体重,改善健康状况。

Investigation on BMI of flight instructor in a branch of the Civil Aviation College

[Objective]To understand the overweight and obesity status of flight instructor in Luoyang College,to provide basic information for air guard safety,and further improve the health level of the flight instructor.[Methods]The BMI and related diseases among these flight instructors were analyzed.[Results] The incidence of overweight and obesity among flight instructor showed a rising trend,from 30.78% in 2007 to 57.69% at present.Along with the increasing of BMI,serum triglyceride levels increased significantly from（1.35±0.85） mmol/L to（1.7±0.73） mmol/L（χ2=6.80,P0.01）.Compared with normal weight group,serum triglycerides in higher in overweight and obese group,while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level was significantly decreased（χ2=6.45,P0.05） and the detection rate of fatty liver was significantly increased（χ2=4.63,P0.05）.[Conclusion]Flight Instructor of overweight and obesity needs to improve.It is necessary to carry out targeted health education,to guide and supervise flight instructors to take the interventions for weight control and health status improvement.
