滨州市滨城区医疗卫生机构消毒质量监测结果

目的了解医疗卫生机构消毒灭菌工作质量,加强医疗消毒与感染控制管理工作。方法通过对滨州市滨城区各级医疗卫生机构2009—2011年消毒质量监测结果的分析,了解掌握医疗卫生机构在消毒工作中存在的问题。结果 2009—2011年共采集样品2 076份,总合格率为92.44%;2009—2011年合格率分别为90.88%、92.17%、93.91%。不同项目检测合格率由高到低依次为使用中消毒剂(100%)、灭菌物品(97.96%)、医护人员手(92.35%)、物体表面(91.81%)、室内空气(88.47%)。结论滨城区医疗卫生机构消毒工作质量还存在一些问题,需要采取进一步措施,加强监督和管理。

Analysis on monitoring results of disinfection quality in medical institutions in Bincheng District of Binzhou City

Objective]To know the quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions,improve the disinfection management and infection control.Methods]The monitoring results of disinfection quality in medical institutions at various levels in Bincheng District of Binzhou City during 2009-2011 were analyzed to understand the main problems of disinfection in medical institutions.Results]A total of 2 076 samples were collected during 2009-2011,and the total qualified rate was 92.44%.From 2009 to 2011,the annual qualified rate was 90.88%,92.17% and 93.91%,respectively.The qualified rate of different items in descending order was in-use disinfectants（100%）,sterilized articles（97.96%）,hands of medical staff（92.35%）,object surface（91.81%） and indoor air（88.47%）.Conclusion]There are some problems of disinfection quality in medical institutions in Bincheng district.It is essential to carry out related measures,as well as strengthen the monitoring and management.
