西藏农牧区居民生化检查结果分析

目的通过对西藏农牧区居民生化检查结果分析,评估农牧区居民健康状况。方法用日立7600全自动生化分析仪检测1 374例农牧区居民血清中铁(Fe)、尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)9项生化指标的浓度。结果男女血清中Fe分别为(25.97±9.4)和(10.68±4.88)μmol/L,异常率分别为0.90%和35.80%;HDL-C异常检出率女性高于男性(P0.05);ALT、AST、γ-GT、UA、TC、TG和LDL-C异常检出率均男性高于女性(P0.01)。结论应加强健康宣传教育工作,提高西藏农牧区居民的自我保健意识,预防相关疾病的发生。

Analysis on biochemical test results among residents in agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet

Objective]By analyzing the biochemical test results of residents in agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet,to assess the health status of residents in agricultural and pastoral areas.Methods]The concentrations of Fe,uric acid（UA）,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST） and γ-glutamyltranspeptidase（γ-GT） in serum of 1 374 residents in agricultural and pastoral areas were detected by Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer.Results]The serum concentration of Fe in meals and females was respectively（25.97±9.4） μmol/L and（10.68±4.88） μmol/L,and the abnormal rate was respectively 0.90% and 35.80%.The abnormal rate of HDL-C in females was significantly higher than that in males（P0.05）.The abnormal rates of ALT,AST,γ-GT,UA,TC,TG and LDL-C in males were significantly higher than those in females（P0.01）.Conclusion]It is necessary to strengthen the health education,improve the self-health care consciousness of residents in agricultural and pastoral areas,to prevent the occurrence of related diseases.
