摘    要:倍半萜广泛存在于植物、海洋生物及某些昆虫、菌类中。虽然骨架仅有15个碳原子,但由于生物体内微妙的代谢过程而生成形形色色的基本骨架的化合物,并有复杂的立体结构,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗菌消炎、抗神经毒性、抗虫活性和昆虫拒食作用,还有免疫抑制活性、抗病毒、保肝、强心活性、抑制组胺和乙酰胆碱、降血脂和调节植物生长作用。作者以国内外文献为依据,从植物来源、生物活性方面综述倍半萜类化合物及衍生物的研究进展。

Abstract: Objective] Sesquiterpenes exist widely in plants, marine organisms, some insects and fungi. Although its skeleton con- stitutes of only 15 carbon atoms, sesquiterpenes have many kinds of compounds which constitutes complex structure of three-dimen- sion due to subtle metabolic process in the body. The compounds have the effects of anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti- neurotoxic, anti-insect activity and antifeedant effect of insect, as well as immunosuppressive activity , antiviral , hepatopro- tection, cardiac activity , inhibition of histamine and acetylcholine , lowering blood pressure and regulating plant growth. This pa- per summaries the research progress in biological activity of sesquiterpene compounds and derivatives from the aspects of plant origin and biological activity in domestic and foreign literatures.
