摘    要:目的调查了解某酒店诺如病毒污染引起的食源性疾病的暴发情况及其原因。方法采用现场流行病学方法,根据病例定义搜索病例。分析暴发地点的基本情况、疾病的流行病学和实验室检查情况。结果共累计发生66例病例,其中酒店员工17例,顾客49例。酒店员工罹患率为29.82%(17/57),顾客罹患率为0.05%(49/100 120)。平均潜伏期为24.8 h(0.5~51 h),采集粪便标本共24份,其中7份粪便标本诺如病毒阳性。结论该起疫情的原因可能为酒店腹泻员工带病工作,通过接触、交叉污染环境食物、气溶胶等方式传播,造成酒店员工和顾客相继发病。流行病学调查结果显示,该事件为1起诺如病毒引起的感染性腹泻暴发,排除食物中毒。

Abstract:Objective]To investigate a diarrhea outbreak caused by norovisus,and find the reason of outbreak in a restaurant.Methods]Field epidemiology method was carried out.Case definition was used to find the cases.The basic situation of the outbreak site was analyzed as well as the epidemiological situation of disease and the laboratory test results.Results]A total of 66 cases were found,including 17 restaurant workers and 49 customers.The attack rate of restaurant worker was 29.82%(17/57),that of customers was 0.05%(49/100 120).The average incubation period was 24.8 hours(0.5-51 hours).Seven out of 24 stool specimens were norovirus positive.Conclusion]The outbreak may cause by the employees carrying virus,via contact,cross-contamination of the environment and food,aerosols,etc leading successively diarrhea cases of restaurant workers and customers.Epidemiological survey results indicate that the event is an infectious diarrhea outbreak caused by norovirus,eliminating the reason of food poisoning.
