吸烟对男性慢性精神分裂症患者临床症状的影响

目的探讨吸烟对慢性精神分裂症男性患者精神症状及抗精神病药物不良反应的影响。方法共收入195例男性慢性精神分裂症患者,其中吸烟者121例,非吸烟者74例,采用阳性和阴性症状量表(Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale,PANSS)、锥体外系副作用反应量表(A Rating Scale for Extra pyramidal Side effects,RSESE)评定患者的精神症状和抗精神病药物的不良反应。结果男性慢性精神分裂症吸烟组PANSS的阴性症状量表得分(18.8±3.9)分,明显低于非吸烟组的(20.4±4.7)分,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);而两组在PANSS总分、阳性症状分、一般精神病理症状分差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组在RSESE总分差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论吸烟能改善慢性精神分裂症的阴性症状,对抗精神病药物产生的不良反应无缓解作用。

Effects of cigarette smoking on clinical symptoms in male patients with schizophrenia

Objective]To explore the impact of smoking on male chronic schizophrenic patients with psychotic symptoms and antipsychotic side effects.Methods]A total of 195 male chronic schizophrenic patients including 121 smokers and 74 non-smokers were enrolled in this study.The patients＇ psychiatric symptoms and antipsychotic＇s adverse reaction were evaluated by using Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale（PANSS） and A Rating Scale for Extra pyramidal Side effects（RSESE）.Results] Male patients with chronic schizophrenia smoking group PANSS negative symptom scale scored（18.8±3.9）,significantly lower than non-smoking group（20.4±4.7）,with significant difference（P0.01）;The 2 groups showed no significant difference in the PANSS total score,positive symptoms,general psychopathology symptoms points（P 0.05）.The 2 groups had no significant difference in RSESE total score（P 0.05）.Conclusion]Smoking can improve the negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenia,while can not relieve the antipsychotic side effects.
