摘    要:目的探讨高考压力对中学生睡眠及认知功能的影响。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)对考前复习期间141名高三学生的睡眠情况进行调查,结合认知能力筛查量表及数字划销测验,综合评定考前压力对中学生睡眠及认知功能的影响。结果试验组中学生PSQI总分及睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、日间障碍4个因子分均高于对照组中学生,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);认知能力筛查量表(CASI)总分及注意力、心算、新近记忆、远时记忆、类聚流畅性、概念判断6个因子分均低于对照组中学生,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);数字划销测验(NCT)净分及失误率高于对照组中学生,划对数目得分低于对照组中学生,划错数目、划漏数目得分高于对照组中学生,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论高考压力不仅影响中学生的睡眠状况,而且在一定程度上影响认知功能。

Abstract:Objective]To analyze the influence of university entrance exams stress on senior students’ sleeping and cognitive function.Methods]A total of 141 senior 3 students were evaluated on sleeping before the entrance exam with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),using Cognitive Abilities Screening Instrument(CASI) and Number Cancellation Test(NCT) to evaluate the influence of the university entrance exam stress on senior students’ sleeping and cognitive function comprehensively.Results]The total score of PSQI and scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep disturbance and daytime obstacles of students in experimental group were all higher than those of the students in control group.The differences were significant(P〈0.05).The total score of CASI,scores of attention,mental arithmetic,recent memory,far memory,clustering fluency,conceptual judgment of experimental group students were lower than those in the control group;the differences had significance(P〈0.05).The NCT test showed the experimental group students had lower scores than the students in the control group in total scores and error rate,but had higher scores in ticking wrong answers and leaving out answers,with significant differences(P〈0.05).Conclusion]The stress of the university entrance exam can not only influence sleeping,but also has some extent effects on cognitive function.
