摘    要:目的探讨基底细胞样型浸润性乳腺癌(BLBC)组织中维生素D受体(VDR)、表皮因子生长受体(EGFR)的表达情况,并分析其病理作用。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法对50例BLBC和54例非BLBC乳腺癌(对照组)组织进行VDR、EGFR检测,并行相关性分析。结果 BLBC组织标本中的VDR、EGFR阳性表达率分别是24.00%(12/50)、82.00%(41/50),与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。VDR与EGFR表达水平的相关分析发现,VDR蛋白与EGFR蛋白在BLBC组织中表达呈负相关(P0.01)。结论 VDR和EGFR参与BLBC的发生与发展;VDR低表达及EGFR表达率较高,提示BLBC可能对1,25(OH)2D3及类似物不敏感,而EGFR可以作为BLBC治疗的新靶点。

Abstract:Objective]To investigate the expression of vitamin D receptor(VDR) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in basal-like invasive breast carcinoma(BLBC),and analyze its pathological effect.Methods]The expression of VDR and EGFR in 50 BLBC cases and 54 non-BLBC breast carcinoma cases(the control group) was tested by immunohistochemistry SP method,and the correlation analysis was conducted.Results]The positive expression rate of VDR and EGFR in BLBC group was respectively 24.00%(12/50) and 82.00%(41/50),and the differences between BLBC group and the control group were significant(P0.05).The correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between VDR expression and EGFR expression in BLBC tissues(P0.01).Conclusion]The VDR and EGFR can take part in the development and progression of BLBC.The lower expression rate of VDR and higher expression rate of EGFR indicate that BLBC may not be insensitivity to 1,25(OH)2D3 and its analogue,and EGFR can be used as a new target of BLBC therapy in future.
