2002—2011年东莞市黄江镇艾滋病疫情监测情况

目的分析东莞市黄江镇2002—2011年10年间的艾滋病疫情,针对疫情提出建议,为全面开展艾滋病防治工作,有效遏制艾滋病的传播和蔓延提供决策依据。方法对2002年以来的疫情监测资料及国家疾病控制信息系统的艾滋病数据进行统计分析。结果黄江镇10年累计报告艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体阳性67例,疫情呈逐年加重趋势,传播途径主要为性接触传播。结论黄江镇艾滋病疫情态势严峻,外来感染者居多,必须加大人力、物力投入,积极采取有效措施,有针对性地加大监测和检测力度,落实各级各部门职责,加大宣传、培训及高危行为干预力度,从而有效地控制该地区艾滋病疫情的扩散流行。

Monitoring of AIDS epidemic situation in Huangjiang Town of Dongguan City from 2002-2011

[Objective]To analyze the AIDS epidemic situation in Huangjiang Town of Dongguan City from 2002-2011,put forward the suggestions,and provide the basis for comprehensive implementation of AIDS prevention and effective control of AIDS transmission.[Methods]AIDS data from the epidemic surveillance and the National disease supervision information management system since 2002 were analyzed statistically.[Results]A total of 67 HIV positive cases were reported during the past 10 years in Huangjiang Town,the epidemic situation had the tendency to aggravate year by year,and the major transmission route was sexual contact.[Conclusion]AIDS epidemic situation is severe in Huangjiang Town,and most of infections are immigrant population.It is necessary to increase investment of professionals and material resources,actively carry out the effective measures,strengthen the monitoring and detection,implement the responsibility of different departments,and improve the education,training and intervention among high risk behaviors,so as to effectively control the AIDS epidemic in Huangjiang town.
