2011年安徽省天长市农药中毒情况

目的分析天长市2011年发生的81例急性农药中毒情况,探讨该市急性农药中毒发生的规律和预防控制策略。方法以Excel统计处理天长市级医疗机构和建制镇医疗机构报告的《农药中毒报告卡》,分析不同类别的急性农药中毒在不同性别、不同年龄及各季度发生的病例构成情况。结果 2011年天长市累计报告农药中毒81例,死亡3例。其中生产性农药中毒16例,无死亡病例;男性多于女性;以8和9月份多发。非生产性农药中毒65例,死亡3例;女性多于男性;全年均有发生。结论天长市的农药中毒情况很严重,以非生产性农药中毒为主,有关部门应做好农药销售的管理工作。

Status of pesticide poisoning in Tianchang City of Anhui in 2011

Objective]To analyze 81 cases of acute pesticide poisoning in Tianchang City in 2011,study the laws and control measures of acute pesticide poisoning in Tianchang City.Methods]The data of the Pesticide poisoning reporting cards from City-level medical institutions and designated Town medical institutions in Tianchang City were processed by Excel.The constitution in gender,age and quarter of different types of acute pesticide poisoning were analyzed.Results]A total of 81 cases of pesticide poisoning were reported in Tianchang City in 2011,and 3 cases died.There were 16 cases of occupational pesticide poisoning without death case,the number of male patients were more than that of female patients,and most of cases occurred August and September.There were 65 cases of non-occupational pesticide poisoning,3 cases died,the number of female patients were more than that of male patients,and cases were reported in whole year.Conclusion]The status of pesticide poisoning in Tianchang City is very serious,which is dominated by non-occupational pesticide poisoning.The relevant departments should implement the management of pesticide marketing.
