2011年山东省诸城市居民意外伤害死亡情况

目的对诸城市2011年居民意外伤害死亡情况进行流行病学分析,为制定科学防治对策提供依据。方法统计分析诸城市2011年居民意外伤害死亡的死亡率、死因顺位及性别比。结果 2011年诸城市居民意外伤害死亡率为39.45/10万,占死亡总数的5.88%;居死因顺位的第5位。男性高于女性,性别比值为2.74。意外伤害死亡的前3位是运输事故(62.94%)、故意自害(13.29%)、意外淹溺和沉没(7.46%),占83.68%。40～49岁组死亡人数最多,占24.48%。结论意外伤害是诸城市居民主要致死原因之一,运输事故是首位原因,以青壮年人群为主,应引起足够重视。

Deaths from accidental injury among residents in Zhucheng City of Shandong in 2011

[Objective]To carry out the epidemiological analysis on deaths from accidental injury among residents in Zhucheng City in 2011,provide the basis for developing the scientific control measures.[Methods]The mortality,the sequence of death causes and the sex ratio of deaths from accidental injury among residents in Zhucheng City in 2011 were analyzed statistically.[Results]The mortality of deaths from accidental injury among residents in Zhucheng City in 2011 was 39.45/lakh,which accounted for 5.88% of total death cases and was ranked at fifth place of death causes.The mortality in males was higher than that in females,and the sex ratio was 2.74.The top three death causes were transportation accidents（62.94%）,intentional self-injury（13.29%）,accidental drowning（7.46%）,which added up to 83.68%.The highest number of deaths was in 40-49 years age group,which accounted for 24.48%.[Conclusion]Accidental injury is one of the leading causes of deaths in Zhucheng City,and the transportation accident is the first cause.The young adults are the high-risk population,and more attention should be paid.
