| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨"二袖套法"行大鼠原位肝移植模型制作失败的原因及其预防措施.方法:2007年4月至10月练习采用"二袖套法"制备大鼠原位肝移植模型,练习总数79例.回顾性分析这79例手术,并对其进行总结分类.结果:模型建立的后期阶段与早期相比,24 h成活率由早期的18.3%上升到后期的93.3%.结论:通过对手术失败原因加以分析与总结,进一步熟悉并改进了"二袖套法"原位肝移植技术,大大提高了模型成功率.

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the failure factors and the preventive measures by two-cuff technique for orthotopic liver transplantation in rats.Methods: The models of orthotopic liver transplantation in rats were done by two-cuff technique from April to October in 2007.The total numbers were 79 cases.The 79 cases were analysed retrospectively and classified.Results: The survival rate of the models beyond 24 hours increased from 18.3% in the early stages to 93.3% in the late stages.Conclusion: Through the analysis ... |
