摘    要:为探讨衰老对阴茎勃起机制的影响程度,以不同月龄的雄性大鼠分别观察海绵体神经诱导的阴茎勃起,海绵体平滑肌的舒张功能以及阴茎含NOS神经和平滑肌量。结果表明电刺激老年鼠海绵体神经可取得与年轻和中年鼠相当的勃起压力,但勃起潜伏期较长。注射罂粟碱提示老年海绵体平滑肌顺应性较年轻鼠差。检查还提示老年鼠阴茎内含NOS神经和平滑肌纤维量有一定减少。实验证实衰老对阴茎勃起机制中关键性的组织结果和功能有一定影响,但

Abstract:The objective was to find out the effect of aging on erectile mechanism in the rat. Male rats from three age groups were investigated: (1) Penile erection induced by electrostimulating cavernous nerve; (2) Erectile response of intracorporeal papaverine injection; (3) The number and distribution of NOS containing nerve fibers within corpus cavernosum, dorsal nerve and smooth muscle in corpus cavernosum. Electrostimulation revealed that pressure achieved in aged rats was similar to those induced in young and intermediate rats, but the erectile latency period was noted to increase in aged rats. Histological examination suggested that the number of NOS containing nerve fibers and smooth muscle within penis were reduced in aged rats. The compliance of smooth muscle in corpus cavernosum appeared worse in aged rats. The results demonstrated that aging did cause some degeneration of key tissues on the erectile mechanism of the rat, but this affected process is quite slow. In aged rats the erectile mechanism appeared to remain intact and may achieve pretty erectile ability, but penile erection needed longer stimulation to remedy those which had degenerated.
